The Municipality of Brissago informs that it has signed an agreement with the Municipality of Locarno concerning the social worker's services. A social worker from the City of Locarno will be present every Wednesday afternoon at the Town Hall (municipal hall) in Brissago. She will provide counselling, help and accompaniment to persons domiciled in the municipality who need it. In particular, she will act as a point of reference for all those who are faced with situations of socio-economic hardship, guiding them in their choices and directing them, where necessary, to specialist services. The operator will also map the discomfort and special needs in the Brissago municipality.
