On behalf of the Municipality, I would like to welcome you to the Brissago Municipality website. In addition to Italian, the page is also available in German, French and English. 

The digitisation of administration services is becoming increasingly important.  The Municipality of Brissago is particularly attentive to this development and has decided to improve its digital communication. Among the main innovations are a newsletter to send information on the Municipality's activities, a virtual counter and the e-citizen portal.

The newsletter will enable you to receive regular e-mail updates on the activities of the municipality, as well as information on special events. We invite you to subscribe to it by going to www.brissago.ch/it/newsletter or by visiting the municipal chancellery and filling out the appropriate form. Important communications will also be sent in German and French.

Consulting documents, completing paperwork and requesting documents is simplified through online services provided by the municipal administration. This is a new channel of communication between the municipality and its citizens, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

The e-citizen portal allows you to carry out various practices independently without the need to go to the counter, including requesting certificates, viewing the status of your tax account, obtaining information about your property, consulting and notifying your drinking water consumption, and paying your taxes and fees by credit card.

To log in, simply go to www.brissago.ch/cittadino and select the 'Request Access' link.

Personal contact with citizens remains essential for us. The chancellery and all the services of the administration are at your disposal to answer any questions.
